Blue Charcoal Drying Machine
The Blue Charcoal Drying Machine is professionally designed for the drying treatment of blue charcoal. Blue charcoal, also known as semi-coke or coke fines, is a new carbon material produced by carbonizing high-quality Jurassic clean coal blocks from the Shenfu Coalfield. This dryer is specifically designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of blue charcoal. Leveraging modern mature technology, it can dry not only middling coal but also materials like chicken manure, cow dung, and sand.
Outstanding Advantages:
The newly designed feeding and discharging device eliminates issues common in rotary drum dryers, such as feed blockage, discontinuity, unevenness, and material reflux.
The machine adopts a new “self-aligning supporting wheel device,” which maintains linear contact between the supporting wheels and the riding ring, significantly reducing wear and power consumption, thereby extending the equipment’s service life.
The equipment utilizes an intelligent PLC control system, enabling more precise parameter control and better adaptation to the varying requirements of different material parameters.
